We are currently looking into intermittent service interruptions and service downtimes. At this time the underlying issue has not yet been identified. Site programmers are working hard to determine the cause. We appreciate your patience while we address this issue.

Site programmers are still working hard to resolve this issue. The status has currently be upgraded from a service downtime to a service interruption and the site may be loading for some users at this time. We’ll continue to regularly post updates here. Again, your patience is greatly appreciated.

The site has been placed back online and should be available. At this time we’re still considering this issue an open service interruption and the site may still be slow to load and/or experience intermittent service downtimes. We’ll continue to keep you updated as we work to fully resolve this issue.

Login Trouble on Google Chrome – Resolved

We have received several reports of login trouble resulting in a “Sorry, we could not process your request at this time.” error while using the Google Chrome browser. We have confirmed this is happening on the latest update to Chrome. Site programmers are currently investigating the issue.

As a temporary workaround you can use Internet Explorer or FireFox browsers. We’ll update here when the issue has been resolved.
