We have received several reports of login trouble resulting in a “Sorry, we could not process your request at this time.” error while using the Google Chrome browser. We have confirmed this is happening on the latest update to Chrome. Site programmers are currently investigating the issue.
As a temporary workaround you can use Internet Explorer or FireFox browsers. We’ll update here when the issue has been resolved.

The issue has been resolved and logging in on Chrome shouldn’t give you any more trouble.
