Site Down – Resolved

We are currently looking into intermittent system wide service interruptions.

The site is currently experiencing a service downtime. We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Update: 1/22/2020 4:15 pm
The site is currently back up, but the underlying cause of these downtimes has not been determined. We have system administrators en route to our data center to expedite diagnostics.

Update: 1/22/2020 4:40 pm
There has been a fire alarm activation at our data center with fire suppressant released. The data center staff and fire department are on site working to determine the cause. There have been several network issues identified during this event. Data center staff are working to mitigate those issues and will do their best to maintain service. If we receive any further details we’ll update this posting. We are hopeful there will not be any further service interruptions from this event.
