We are currently receiving reports of trouble loading recordings and/or songs in the recorder. Our servers are running normally at this time. We are looking into things further, but we suspect a network issue is the root cause.

We still believe this to be a network issue, but we have opened a ticket with our storage provider to see if they are able to help speed up a resolution.

We continue to receive reports of this issue. Our storage provider has checked and all their system are running normally. We are continuing to work with our provider to try and find the root cause. It is still suspected to be a network issue.

The issue seems to be heavily impacting Spectrum/Charter internet customers. We are continuing to investigate and we are working on ways to try and mitigate the issue from our end (may or may not be possible).
