Site Down – Resolved

We are currently looking into a service downtime affecting all systems. It appears that it may be a Network Issue.

The network issue causing the outage appears to have been corrected and the site is back to operating normally.

It appears another network issue has affected service again. We are in contact with our data center to further investigate and mitigate the issue.  Very sorry for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

The site is currently back up and running and we’re continuing to monitor things closely.

Our technician will be restarting servers and it may cause a momentary downtime.

The underlying network issue that caused this outage has been resolved. We will continue to monitor things closely and reopen this issue if further service interruptions occur. Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience as we worked to restore service.

We are seeing another connectivity issue with our data center. We are looking into the issue further.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. We have technicians deployed to our data center and they will be doing another in depth systems examination. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and, as always, we appreciate your patience as we work to restore service.

As we continue to work on this issue there may be service interruptions that take the site offline.

The site will be taken offline in about 15 minutes for maintenance. The downtime is expected to last for approximately 10 minutes.

Today’s service downtimes appear to have been caused by an intermittent hardware failure that mimicked a network issue. After some maintenance work to replace the suspected faulty hardware we believe the root cause of this issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor things closely and reopen this issue if needed.
