Setup Wizard “Performing Test” – Resolved

We are currently looking into an issue resulting in the setup wizard hanging on step 4 “Performing Test”.

As a temporary solution you can choose “No” when prompted to run the setup wizard. You should still be able to record without running the setup wizard. If you need to change your camera or mic device you can right click on the recorder and choose “Settings…” from the menu. You can then use the webcam and microphone tabs to choose you devices.

The wizard should no longer be hanging on step 4. Thanks for your patience while we addressed this issue.
