Saving and mixing is recovering and should be back to normal very soon. Again, we thank you for your patience while we addressed this issue.

We are currently performing maintenance on several recording servers. This may result in some recordings showing an “Error A” when trying to remix. Due to the nature of the maintenance you may not be able to remix some recordings.

If you receive an “Error A” while trying to remix a recording please try again at a later time. It is possible that remixing may not be available on some recordings. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience while we are performing this maintenance.

Maintenance has been completed and the Error A messages should no longer show. Thanks for your patience while we completed this maintenance.

We are currently looking into an issue resulting in the setup wizard hanging on step 4 “Performing Test”.

As a temporary solution you can choose “No” when prompted to run the setup wizard. You should still be able to record without running the setup wizard. If you need to change your camera or mic device you can right click on the recorder and choose “Settings…” from the menu. You can then use the webcam and microphone tabs to choose you devices.

We are currently looking into a service downtime affecting infinite duet mixing only. Site developers have been working to address this issue and maintenance was performed earlier today. We are continuing to perform maintenance to resolve this issue. Any infinite duet recordings stuck at a mixing error should be mixed once we’ve addressed this issue. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue was caused by a short lived service issue at our data center. All systems are back to normal. Happy Singing!
